Single skin cladding

If chosen, single skin cladding can cover both the walls and the roof. It is either available as 0.5mm thick (for the walls) and 0.7mm thick (for the roof). They are galvanized sheets with a plastisol coating that comes in a range of colours as shown on this page. We use the AS30 profile on both the walls and roof to ensure a consistent finish.

The profile of the sheeting is designed and manufactured to achieve maximum strength and rigidity, with a maximum length availability of 14m. The sheeting is offered with up to a 40-year warranty (dependent on building location) and conforms to BS EN 10346:2009.

The roof sheets (as standard) come with an anti-condensation membrane on the underside. This significantly reduces condensation and moisture build up. The flashings that finish the envelope of the building are included and are made of the same material so colour matches are accurate. Flashings can also be done in a different colour to the main cladding if required.

All single skin cladding is manufactured in the United Kingdom.
